Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform keepUps fashion GmbH, Hahngasse 32/10, 1090 Vienna, e-mail: hello@keepups.com using a clear declaration (e.g. letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model cancellation form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically fill out and submit the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration via the contact form on our website. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by email) a confirmation of the receipt of your revocation. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment. We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract to us or to keepUps Fashion GmbH, c/o byrd technologies, c/o AT - Mailog (MAL), Talpagasse 1a, 1230 Vienna / AUSTRIA. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen days. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

1.1   For hygienic reasons please understand that we are unable to accept returns or exchange of stockings / socks / underwear garments that are soiled, have been tried on, washed or dry-cleaned.

1.2 Refund policy:  is only applicable if the stockings have not been tried on or worn and returned unopened in its original condition and packaging.

1.3 Exchange: if you have ordered an incorrect size, return the stockings unopened in its original condition and packaging and refer to the size chart to exchange the correct size. Shipping charges apply.

1.4 You can return the goods within 14 days in line with your statutory rights with reference to the conditions mentioned from point 1.1-1.3

All costs for return shipments are borne by the customer.

We process returns as soon as we receive them. You will receive an e-mail notification as soon as your return has been processed (at the latest 14 days after successful delivery according to the shipment tracking).


RETURNS FROM THE EU COUNTRIES

All costs for returning are paid by yourself. We recommend to return your order insured with tracking option.

 

RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES

All costs for returning from non-EU countries are paid by yourself. Sometimes customs or import duties may be charged. keepUps is not reliable for these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you want to return any item of your order, please follow below instructions:

Pack the items into the package and make sure that it is safely closed.

Bring the package to your local post office.

You will need to fill out a customs form. Please state AUSTRIA or AT as country of origin. Please also mark your package as a return shipment.

Any customs charges for delivery and return from non-EU countries shall not be borne by keepUps. In this case, we need to deduct customs charges for return shipments from the refund total. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


EXCHANGE

We do not offer an exchange of your ordered goods. In this case you have to place a new order.

To prevent parcels from going missing, we expressly ask that you always send returns by registered mail with insurance and tracking number.

Each item is carefully checked upon packing to ensure it is sent in pristine order. We guarantee that you will never receive goods that are damaged, soiled, or similar. Consequently, careful handling of the goods is a prerequisite for their return.

You are liable for any damage to items of clothing caused by incorrect handling or fitting.
